This site is operated by Ten K Ventures, Inc. ("Ten Studios," "Ten," "we," "us," "our"), a Delaware corporation with a business address at 1178 Broadway, 3rd Floor #1176, New York, NY 10001. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
This policy covers ten-studios.com and the marketing pages we publish under it. Each app we build and operate with a creator has its own privacy policy that governs data collected inside that app.
What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. From this website specifically, that means:
- Information you send us. If you submit the partner form, or email [email protected] or any other Ten address, we receive your name, email address, any handle you share, your message, and any attachments you include.
- Server and network logs. When your browser loads a page, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data: IP address, user agent, timestamp, page requested, and response status. We use this for security and to diagnose issues, not to profile visitors.
- Cookies. The marketing site does not set tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (for example, to mitigate abuse).
We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you when you write to us or submit the partner form.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and security.
- Email providers (such as Google Workspace) — to receive and respond to your messages.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
How long we keep it
Server logs: typically up to 30 days, unless retained longer for security investigations. Partner-form submissions and email correspondence: as long as needed for the conversation and any reasonable follow-up, then archived or deleted on a rolling basis.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of personal information about you, to object to certain uses, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California, Colorado, Virginia, and other U.S. state residents have specific rights under their state privacy laws. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., information we collect may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
